AI + Data + People + Operations

Technology.Delivered.

Custom AI and data systems, technical services, staffing and managed support for government and commercial organizations.

For business and mission requirements.

Our approach

01 / Engineering and delivery

Connect the systems.
Deliver the work.

A new system needs the architecture, people and operating plan to succeed.

Engage 8Pact to design an application, connect your data or add specialists to your team. Combine engineering, staffing and managed support for a larger program.

Delivery requirement

Revision 2 supersedes Revision 1. The integration evidence package is due on workday 16. Two workdays of independent review are required. Revision 1 had a workday 21 deadline.

The signed amendment and the schedule disagree.

Review objective

Confirm the deadline and delivery forecast.

Inspect four source records, then reconcile the requirement, dependency and capacity.

Sources → analysis → approval. Analysis and system connections are simulated. Calculations use these fictional records and run locally.

A signed fictional amendment moves a delivery deadline from workday 21 to workday 16. A stale project schedule still uses day 21. Four permitted records provide the current requirement, a day-10 dependency, 48 hours of remaining work and available capacity. A fifth record is excluded before retrieval.

The forecast is: start workday + ceiling(48 ÷ daily hours) + two review days − one. At 8 hours per day, the forecast is day 17. At 12 hours, it is day 15. With a two-day dependency delay, 12 hours produces day 17 and approval is blocked; 16 hours produces day 16 and can be accepted. Workdays are model units. This simplified example assumes parallelizable work, constant capacity and no rework.

Acceptance records a simulated allocation. Returning the proposal leaves the original allocation and risk unchanged. Changing the dependency after a decision invalidates that decision and requires review again. No live model, connection, personal record, email or write action is used.
